Welcome to DRABBOTZ, a simple encryption-decryption app designed for secure and private two-way chat communication.
1. About the App
DRABBOTZ enables users to:
Encrypt and decrypt custom text using basic cipher logic.
Use the app offline for secure communication.
Experience the app free for the first 10 minutes.
Purchase and use Coins to continue functionality after the trial period.
2. Firebase & Google Authentication
To securely store and recover user Coins, we use:
a. Firebase Realtime Database
User coin balance is securely stored in Firebase linked with their unique Google account.
This ensures that coin data is backed up, even if the app is uninstalled.
b. Google Sign-In Authentication
Users must sign in using their Google account to access their coin balance.
Upon sign-in, the following data is collected:
Email address
Display name
This data is used only to link the coin balance to the correct user account.
3. What Data We Collect
We only collect the following minimal user information:
Email address (for Firebase identification)
Name (Google display name)
We DO NOT collect:
Messages/texts you encrypt or decrypt
Location
Phone number
Contacts
Any sensitive personal information
4. Data Usage
Your email and name are used only to:
Store and retrieve your coin balance
Allow continuity of in-app purchases across installs/devices
We do not share your data with third parties.
5. Data Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your account data (email, name, and coin record), you may:
How to Request Data Deletion:
Send an email to [Drabbotz@gmail.com] with the subject: "Data Deletion Request – DRABBOTZ".
Include your Google account email that was used to sign in.
We will confirm and delete your data from our Firebase database within 7 working days.
After deletion:
All coin balances and associated data will be permanently removed.
This process is irreversible.
6. Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided us data, contact us for deletion.
7. Terms & Conditions
DRABBOTZ is provided "as is" with no guarantees.
App usage beyond the free trial requires coin purchases.
Coin purchases are stored with your Google account for recovery.
Misuse of the app for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
8. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided once coins are used.
We do not process refunds directly.
